Terms

BeatArc is a free, invitation-only beta run by Big Fat Dad LLC. These terms say what that means.

Access

Accounts are granted individually and can be withdrawn. We will tell you why if that ever happens, and you can ask for your sessions first.

There is a daily limit on how much you can generate. It exists because each session costs real money to produce, and it is what lets the beta be free.

What you may do with the music

During the beta, sessions you generate are for your own personal use — listening, working, private projects. Commercial use is not included yet: publishing to a monetised channel, client work, or anything released commercially needs a licence tier that does not exist at the time of writing.

If commercial use is what you actually need, say so when you request access. It is a planned tier and knowing who is waiting for it changes when it arrives.

What you may not do

Do not attempt to work around the daily limit, share your account, resell access, or use BeatArc to produce anything unlawful. Automated or scripted use of the app is not permitted during the beta — an API exists for that and is a separate conversation.

What a beta means

It means what it says. There is no uptime guarantee, features change without notice, and generation can fail — some of it is preview technology and it is not always predictable. Keep your own copy of anything you care about.

We may end the beta or change how it works. If sessions are going to be deleted, you will be given notice and a chance to download them first.

Liability

BeatArc is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big Fat Dad LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
