Sign in with Google, at beatarc.app
Signing in is what creates your account, and an account has to exist before anyone can switch it on. That is why it comes first — there is nothing to grant until it does.

Ask, on the screen you land on
You will land on a screen that says your account is not switched on yet, with a short form on it: what you would use BeatArc for, and anything you want to add. Sending it stores your address, your answer and the time — nothing else — so a person can read it and reply, usually within a couple of days.
You do not need to come back here, and you do not need to email anyone.
Why by hand? Each session costs real money to generate, and a small group whose names we know is how the product gets feedback worth having before it gets scale.
